Phantasmich is a music composer and producer specializing in orchestral fantasy, symphonic metal, and some other narrative instrumental music. With over 6 years of experience, his work focuses on creating immersive soundscapes that feel like worlds—music designed not just to be heard, but to be explored.At the core of his work lies a strong emphasis on melody, atmosphere, and storytelling. Phantasmich is the creator and pioneer of "Witchsong Fantasy" (or just "Witchsong") music, an original musical style that blends melodic fantasy scoring, dark magical atmospheres, and game soundtrack sensibilities inspired by Lo-Fi music.Witchsong Fantasy is not lo-fi, ambient, or traditional background music. It is melody-driven, narrative instrumental music inspired by fantasy worlds, forests, rituals, and classic video game soundtracks. • Upon agreement, I’ll send you an invoice. Once your payment is received, I will start working on your request.
• Payment should be processed upfront. However, we can negotiate for a 50/50 payment.
- If we agree to a 50/50 payment, your commission will be delivered upon receipt of your second payment.
- If you were able to make your second payment before the estimated due date, your order will be delivered as soon as it’s done.
- In case you have any issue making the second payment prior or on delivery, I will grant you with 30 days from the estimated due date to make the payment. Otherwise, the license granted will be non-exclusive, meaning that it can be added to my VGen shop for reselling in the future.HOW MANY REVISIONS WILL I HAVE?For each service, you get a maximum of 2 revisions per order. However, it's recommended to ask for any changes (up to 3 changes per theme) during the first stages of the process to make sure it will be delivered in a timely manner. We'll remain in constant contact during the first stages of the production.
Keep in mind that revisions will be made within the next 15 days after the delivery, after that, revisions will expire and will have an extra cost during the next 15 days. After 15 days (30 days total after delivery), there will be no revisions.WHAT ABOUT THE DELIVERY?• Single BGM orders will be delivered within 15-25 days max.
• "Channel Themes" package orders will be delivered within 30-60 days max.
• If your order is done before the time limit, I will deliver as soon as it is done.
• Time of delivery might change if current commissions in queue are complex and require extra work.

Phantasmich offers 3 types of licenses: Personal and Monetized content license, Commercial license, and a Ghost Production license. With your very appreciated commission, you will get a non-transferrable Personal license of exclusive use under the following terms:EXCLUSIVE USE:

• Gin & Jam Records (Phantasmich) commits to not resell or re-lincese the theme to third parties or other clients.
• Phantasmich will only reuse the theme for promotional purposes, such as portfolio and YouTube/social media showcase.ALLOWED USES
• The buyer can use the music on:
Live streams (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.)
• Videos for YouTube and social media.
• Podcasts or similar audio type of projects.
• Personal content or personal branding (VTuber, streamer, content creation)
• Monetized content (such as subs, donations and ad revenue)NOT ALLOWED USES
This license does not allow:
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistribution of the composed theme
• Use of the musical theme in video games, apps, films, trailers, remixes, sampling of the whole theme or parts of it, or commercial products.
• Claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the product
• Register in Content ID, copyright systems or management companies.
• Modify or reuse the musical theme out of the personal content without previous authorization.MODIFICATIONS

• Modify or reuse the musical theme without previous authorization, with exception for games, films, etc., where it’s the main theme, character theme, or a revisited area in a future entry of the project. Ghost Production Agreement
By hiring the Ghost Production service through Gin & Jam Records (Phantasmich), the following terms are established:ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS:
Gin & Jam Records (Phantasmich) fully, exclusively and permanently assigns all copyright and exploitation rights of the musical work created to the buyer.This includes without limitation:
• Intellectual property and copyright
• Commercial and non-commercial rights
• Modification, adaptation and distribution rights
• Synchronization and public communication rightsThe buyer will be considered the sole legal owner of the work upon final delivery.OWNERSHIP AND NDA
• Gin & Jam Records (Phantasmich) disclaims any public credit as composer or producer
• The buyer is not obligated to mention Phantasmich in any context
• The existence of the agreement and the original authorship are considered confidential, unless otherwise agreed in writing.PROVIDED ASSETS
The buyer will get:
• Final audio files (WAV/MP3 as agreed)
• All audio stems used
• MIDI file
• Any other agreed assetThe buyer has total freedom to mix, master, modify or reuse the assets with no restrictions.USE AND REGISTRATION
The buyer can:
• Register the work to their name
• Use it in any project, platform or product
• Monetize without limitations
• Resell as part of other products and catalogsWAIVER OF FUTURE RIGHTS
Gin & Jam Records (Phantasmich) will not claim:
• Royalties
• Credits
• Future payments
• Moral or economic rights over the work.Once delivered, there will be no additional obligation among the parties.FINAL DECLARATION
This agreement represents a total sale of the creative work, being the reason why the Ghost Production service has a superior cost than the other offered licenses.
