- Contact Form on this site.[If your request is being submitted through VGen, let's keep in contact through VGen's DM system.]During the production, I will send you any update regarding the theme via a private SoundCloud link for you to review.HOW WILL THE PAYMENT BE PROCESSED?• The payment will be processed through PayPal (more options might be added in the future)
• Upon agreement, I’ll send you an invoice. Once your payment is received, I will start working on your request.
• Payment should be processed upfront. However, we can negotiate for a 50/50 payment.
- If we agree to a 50/50 payment, your commission will be delivered upon receipt of your second payment.
- If you were able to make your second payment before the estimated due date, your order will be delivered as soon as it’s done.
- In case you have any issue making the second payment prior or on delivery, I will grant you with 30 days from the estimated due date to make the payment. Otherwise, I keep 100% of the piece as any of my personal song releases.HOW MANY REVISIONS WILL I HAVE?For each service, you get a maximum of 2 revisions per order. However, it's recommended to ask for any changes (up to 3 changes per theme) during the first stages of the process to make sure it will be delivered in a timely manner. We'll remain in constant contact during the first stages of the production.
Keep in mind that revisions will be made within the next 15 days after the delivery, after that, revisions will expire and will have an extra cost.WHAT ABOUT THE DELIVERY?• Single BGM orders will be delivered within 15-25 days max.
• "Channel Themes" package orders will be delivered within 30-60 days max.
• If your order is done before the time limit, I will deliver as soon as it is done.
• Time of delivery might change if current commissions in queue are complex and require extra work.
• Each piece will be fully mixed and mastered, and delivered in WAV and/or MP3 format.CREDITING:Credits are well appreciated since they let more people know who made the piece you are using, so if they are interested, they can come make their request.To make things easy for everyone, just put my name on the credits (Phantasmich), and add this site: phantasmich.com + my YouTube, Instagram, or Twitter.
